Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

 

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

   

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Note: Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes or courier-related logistical issues.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery time within India is generally 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination PIN code.

3. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to become active.

4. Undeliverable Packages & RTO (Return to Origin) If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple courier attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping the order will attract an additional shipping fee.
